QUIETKAT
From Startup Scrappiness to a National Powerhouse
As Head of Marketing and Ecommerce, Seth played a central role in QuietKat’s growth from an emerging e-bike brand to a national category leader. He scaled the marketing function from a one person role into an eight member team covering ecommerce, paid media, creative, content, and lifecycle, giving the brand the structure needed for rapid expansion.
Seth scaled a profit driven paid media program to more than $2M annually, strengthened attribution and analytics, improved site performance, and built a full funnel digital engine that helped online revenue grow from $400K to more than $18M. He also tightened internal processes, improved onboarding, and managed key media, creative, and technology partners to support consistent execution.
Working with sales leadership, Seth strengthened dealer and retail positioning, supporting expansion into hundreds of stores nationwide including Scheels and Bass Pro. The combined DTC and retail performance helped position QuietKat for acquisition by Vista Outdoor, now Revelyst, one of the largest outdoor companies in the industry.

GCI OUTDOOR

As Head of Direct to Consumer, Seth was brought in to transform GCI Outdoor’s underperforming online presence into a true growth channel for one of the largest outdoor seating brands in the world. The company needed a stronger digital foundation, clearer consumer insights, and a DTC focused mindset to match its retail success.
Seth led a full digital overhaul, developing a conversion driven Shopify experience, building out lifecycle marketing in Klaviyo, introducing paid media, and improving attribution and analytics. He also implemented structured marketing planning, strengthened cross functional alignment, and established consumer insight processes that informed product, content, and merchandising decisions.
The results: GCI Outdoor saw online gains far beyond previous performance benchmarks, with stronger conversion, higher revenue, and deeper visibility into customer behavior.
